Operation of scrip dividend scheme

The Board of Good Energy recommended an interim dividend of 1.10p per ordinary share for the period to 30 June 2024, as set out in the Company's interim financial statements on 17 September 2024. The dividend is payable on 25 October 2024 to shareholders whose names are on the register at close of business on 27 September 2024. The shares will trade ex-dividend from 26 September 2024.

The Board has decided to continue to offer shareholders the opportunity to receive dividends in the form of new shares in the Company as an alternative to a cash dividend payment.

Documentation setting out full details of the scrip dividend scheme has been sent to all shareholders today and can be viewed on the website at https://www.goodenergy.co.uk/investors/dividend-and-scrip-information/.

To participate in the scrip dividend scheme for the 2024 interim dividend, shareholders who have not yet lodged election forms must do so by 5pm on 10 October 2024. Shareholders need not take any further action if they have already elected to participate in the scrip dividend scheme or receive their dividend in cash and would like to continue to do so.

The reference price of the scrip shares in respect of the dividend will be calculated and published on or around 3 October 2024.
