Purchase of shares by EBT
Good Energy announces the following dealing:
Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
The Company was notified today by Clarke Willmott, acting as Trustee to the Good Energy Group Employee Benefits Trust (the "EBT"), that, on 20 May 2015, the EBT purchased 105,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Share") at 219p per Ordinary Share from John Ernest Sellers.
Following the transaction, the EBT holds 521,989 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.49 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company who have been granted share options. The Executive Directors of the Company are included in the class of potential beneficiaries of the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.
