Scrip Dividend Reference Price
Good Energy confirms that the scrip dividend reference price will be 217.4p per share for the fully paid ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders electing to receive the scrip dividend alternative for the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2016. Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on 21 June 2017, the final dividend will be payable on 20 July 2017.
The scrip dividend reference price was calculated from the average of the middle market quotation for an ordinary share in the Company as derived from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange during the period of five dealing days commencing on the ex-dividend date (8 June 2017).
