Share option exercise and issue of new ordinary shares
Good Energy announces that it has received notice to exercise 28,626 par value share options granted under its employee share scheme. In satisfaction of such exercise, 28,626 new ordinary shares, each ranking pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, will be issued on 21 April 2022.
Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 21 April 2022.
Following the issue and admission of the new ordinary shares, the enlarged issued share capital of Good Energy with voting rights attached will consist of 16,812,340 ordinary shares with one vote per ordinary share. There are no shares held in Treasury. This is therefore the figure to be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Good Energy.
