The Company received notification on 29th January 2007 of the following 
transactions in which Mr R S Goodwin, a director of the Company, is interested.

The purchase on 29th January 2007 of 1,105 ordinary shares in the capital of the 
Company into his ISA account at a price of £7.869 per share.

The purchase on 29th January 2007 of 1,112 ordinary shares in the capital of the 
Company into his wife's ISA account at a price of £7.819 per share.


Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin are deemed to be acting in concert and
