DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company received notification on 25th May 2006 of the following 
transactions in which Mr. J.W. Goodwin and Mr R S Goodwin, directors of the 
Company, are interested.

Purchase of shares from J. M. Securities Ltd.
The purchase on 25th May 2006 of 4,464 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company by J. M. Securities Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S.
Goodwin are interested, from the Goodwin family trust 'The J. W. Goodwin
Children's Trust' of which J. W. Goodwin is a trustee on trusts in favour of his
children.

The purchase on 25th May 2006 of 4,464 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company by J. M. Securities Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S.
Goodwin are interested, from R. S. Goodwin.

The transactions were off-market for an arm's length consideration of £5.60 per 
share.

Purchase of shares from J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd.
The purchase on 25th May 2006 of 4,464 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company by J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and
R. S. Goodwin are interested, from the Goodwin family trust 'The J. W. Goodwin
Children's Trust' of which J. W. Goodwin is a trustee on trusts in favour of his
children.

The purchase on 25th May 2006 of 4,464 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company by J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and
R. S. Goodwin are interested, from R. S. Goodwin.

The transactions were off-market for an arm's length consideration of £5.60 per 
share.

Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin are deemed to be acting in concert and
their total beneficial and non-beneficial holdings following these transactions
are as detailed below:
