The Company received notification on 7th October 2016 of the following transactions which in which Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr. R. S. Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E.  Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, Directors of the Company, are interested:

On 7^th October 2016, J. M. Securities Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest, purchased 32,895 ordinary shares at a price of £22.75 per share from the following persons:

Mr. R. S. Goodwin and his wife                                    6,114 shares

Mr. M. S. Goodwin                                                      5,165 shares

Mr. S. R. Goodwin                                                       5,165 shares

Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin                                                   5,165 share

Mr. T.  J. W. Goodwin                                                  5,165 shares

Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr R. S. Goodwin, and their sons, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert (and deemed to be so). All transactions are between members of the concert party and there is no change to the overall holding of the concert party.
