Letter to RNS
Pursuant to the company's Continuing Obligations, we hereby give notice of
notification which the Company received today, 2nd October, in accordance with
Section 324 of the Companies Act 1985.
R. S. GOODWIN
The purchase by R. S. Goodwin, a director of the Company, on 1st October 2003 of
13,600 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company for a consideration of £2.18 per
share. His personal holding has increased from 289,422 shares to 303,022 shares
representing 4.21% of the issued share capital. Mr. R. S. Goodwin is deemed to
be acting in concert with Mr. J. W. Goodwin and following this purchase their
total beneficial and non beneficial holding represents 55.19%.
