DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today received notification that Mr R S Goodwin, a director of
the Company, and his wife have today each purchased 2,089 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company ('Shares') at 330.00p per Share, increasing his personal
holding to 275,528 Shares, representing 3.83% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.

Mr RS Goodwin is deemed to be acting in concert with Mr J W Goodwin, a director
of the Company, and their total beneficial and non-beneficial holdings following
