DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
The Company has today received notification that, on 29 March 2005, Mr R S
Goodwin, a director of the Company, purchased 570 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the Company ('Shares') at 314.45p per Share, increasing his personal holding to
271,450 Shares, representing 3.77% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
Mr RS Goodwin is deemed to be acting in concert with Mr J W Goodwin, a director
of the Company, and their total beneficial and non-beneficial holdings following
this transaction are detailed below:
