RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

 

The Company announces the resignation due to retirement on 26th September 2008 of Mr. R. J .Dyer, a Director of the Company.

 

The Company wishes to place on record its appreciation of Mr. Dyer’s hard work and loyalty to the Group during a period of over forty years’ employment, the last twelve of which have been as a Main. Board Director.
