Appointment of Non-executive Director
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Annette Flynn (44), B. Comm, FCCA, as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Ms. Flynn is a non-executive director of United Drug plc, the International Healthcare Services Group, having served as an executive director of the company for seven years. She previously held senior management positions in Ireland and overseas with Kerry Group plc, the international food ingredients business.
The Company confirms that there are no other disclosures required in respect of the appointment of Ms. Flynn pursuant to rule 6.6.7 of the Listing Rules.
