Grafton Group plc
Following the re-listing of Grafton Units on 14 June 2004 to comprise one
Ordinary Share of €0.05 in the capital of Grafton Group plc, one C Ordinary
Share of Stg 0.0001p in the capital of Grafton Group (UK) plc, and to
additionally comprise 10 A ordinary shares of 0.01 cent each in the capital of
Grafton Group plc, the Group is now making a block listing application to the
Irish Stock Exchange, to the United Kingdom Listing Authority ( the 'UKLA') and
to the London Stock Exchange to have the 2,241,490 Grafton Units, which were
previously listed but have not yet been issued under the Grafton Group Share
Option Scheme, re-listed to include the 10 A ordinary shares of 0.01 cent each
in the capital of Grafton Group plc.
