A block listing application for 1,500,000 Grafton Units has been made to the
Irish Stock Exchange, to the London Stock Exchange and to the United Kingdom
Listing Authority to be issued under the Grafton Group SAYE Scheme. When issued,
these Grafton Units will rank pari passu with all existing Grafton Units.
