Grafton Group plc is applying to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock
Exchange to replace the block listing of 150,000 Grafton Units announced on 4
April 2001, with a block listing of 1,500,000 Grafton Units, pursuant to the
stock split which took place on 14 May 2001.
