Grafton Group Plc has applied to the Irish Stock Exchange, The London Stock
Exchange and the UK Listing Authority to block list 2,000,000 Grafton Units each
comprising 1 Ordinary Share of €0.05 and 1 'C' Ordinary Share of Stg 0.0001p
which may be issued under the Grafton Group Share Option Scheme.
