Pursuant to the above named company's Long Term Incentive Plan 10,307 approved
options and 9,925 unapproved options over the ordinary shares of 5p each have
been exercised.

In addition pursuant to the above named Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme
Options over 51,640 ordinary shares of 5p have been exercised.

Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for these
shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for
these shares to be admitted to trading. These shares rank pari passu with the
existing issued shares of the Company.
