APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Grainger Trust plc, the UK's largest quoted residential property investor, today
announces that Marie Glanville A.C.A. has been appointed Group Company Secretary
with immediate effect.

This follows last week's announcement of the acquisition of the outstanding
equity in Bromley Property Holdings Limited, where Ms Glanville was Company
Secretary.
