Directors Shareholdings
Grainger Trust plc ('Company') announces that Rupert Dickinson and Andrew
Cunningham have received 210,325 and 105,160 ordinary shares respectively in the
Company pursuant to the terms of the Deferred Bonus Scheme. This scheme was
approved by shareholders on 5 March 2002.
The Company also announces that Rupert Dickinson and Andrew Cunningham have
received 51,945 and 45,450 ordinary shares respectively in the Company pursuant
to the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
The Company further announces the following sales of ordinary shares by
directors of the Company on 12 December 2005 for a price of 478 pence per share.
