September 2005 that on the 28 September 2005 Mr Robert Dickinson and Mr Stephen
Dickinson ceased to have a non beneficial interest in 68,835 shares when they
ceased to be trustees of a particular settlement.


The price per 5p ordinary shares on 28 September 2005 was £4.55.
