Pursuant to the above named Company's Executive Share Option Scheme Andrew
Cunningham, director, has exercised the following share options over the
Ordinary 5p shares:-

Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for these
shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for
these shares to be admitted to trading. The Shares rank pari passu with the
existing issued shares of the Company.

The Company further announces that Andrew Cunningham sold 40,000 shares at £5.00
per share on 28 June 2006. His total holding in the shares of the company is now
486,620 which represents 0.37% of the total issued share capital.
