Grainger plc announces that it has received a notification dated 21 June 2007
from Schroders Investment Management Limited that, following an acquisition of 
shares on 20 June 2007 Schroders Investment Management Limited had a total 
interest of 15,619,860 ordinary shares of the Company representing 12.039% of 
the total voting rights.
