Grainger plc announces that it has received a notification dated 14 November 
2007 from Schroders Investment Management Limited that, following an acquisition 
of shares on 13 November 2007 Schroders Investment Management Limited had a 
total interest of 16,774,928 ordinary shares of the Company representing 13.1% 
of the total voting rights.
