The Grainger plc Employee Share Trust acquired, on 18 June 2010, 260,000 Grainger plc 5p ordinary shares at a price of 112.86p per share.

These shares are being held by the Grainger plc Employee Share Trust for the purpose of employee share schemes and brings its total holding to 5,976,623 shares.
