Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Grainger Trust plc announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting, held
earlier today, the ordinary resolution to approve the acquisition of the
outstanding equity and loan stock in Bromley Property Holdings Limited from an
entity owned by Deutsche Bank AG, its joint venture partner, detailed in a
circular sent to shareholders on 10 September, was duly passed.  Grainger Trust
also announces that it has completed the acquisition of the equity today.
