Completion of sale of aviation business

Further to the announcement made on 29 December 2010, GTE confirms that the sale of its aviation business, which includes substantially all of GTE's technology and intellectual property for non-core aviation engine wash services business, to Pratt & Whitney for a total consideration of $17.1 million was completed today.
