                            Disclosure of Interests


The Company was notified on 11 December that EIG Venture Capital Limited ('EIG')
has sold 1,173,000 ordinary shares to private investors on 10 December 2007 at a
price of 46 pence per share.

Following this transaction, EIG holds 14,447,309 Gas Turbine Efficiency ordinary
shares, equivalent to 25.5 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.

Frederic Telander and Jan Telander, both non-executive directors of the Company,
are each interested in one third of the shares in EIG.
