Gran Tierra Energy Inc. announced today the publication of its Notice of 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and Proxy Statement (the "Notice").

The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) at Centennial Place, 3^rd Floor, West Tower, 250 - 5 Street SW, Calgary, AB, Canada.
