Notification of Director's Interest
The Company has today been informed that as part of a retention incentive provided by EIG Venture Capital (EIG) for the services of Steven Zwolinski, Chief Executive of GTE, as disclosed in the Company's Admission Document in December 2005, Mr. Zwolinski has today received 65,625 Ordinary Shares in the Company, for nil consideration, as a result of the fourth and final share transfer from EIG.
Following the transfer, Mr. Zwolinski holds a total of 442,663 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.44% of the issued share capital of GTE.
