Notification of Partnership Discussions
Notice is hereby given that Grand Union Housing Group ("Grand Union") have entered into discussions with Longhurst Group ("Longhurst") around a potential merger of the two organisations.
The proposition is based upon the close alignment of both organisation's values, future vision and the geographies in which they operate. It is also believed that the two organisations would be stronger together as a larger organisation with more resilience to respond to a challenging operating environment. The new partnership will focus on building more homes, enhancing the provision services to its collective customers, strengthening its communities and improving people's lives.
Grand Union is a charitable housing association registered in England as a Community Benefit Society (Reg. No. 7853) and registered with the Regulator of Social Housing (Nº. L5060).
Longhurst is a charitable housing association registered in England as a Community Benefit Society (Reg. Nº. 8009) and registered with the Regulator of Social Housing (Nº. L4277).
