Notification of Partnership Discussions - UPDATE
The Boards of Grand Union Housing Group ("Grand Union") and Longhurst Group ("Longhurst") have concluded their due diligence and approved the planned merger of the two organisations to create a social landlord with over 36,000 homes.
This will be completed via a Transfer of Engagements of Longhurst to Grand Union and this is expected to be completed before the end of March 2025, subject to lender consents..

Longhurst is a charitable housing association registered in England as a Community Benefit Society (Reg. Nº. 8009) and registered with the Regulator of Social Housing (Nº. L4277).
