NOTICE OF DIVISION OF SECURITIES

THIS DOCUMENT IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. If you are in any doubt about what action you should take, you are recommended to consult your independent financial adviser.

NOTICE is hereby given by the Issuer to the holders of the ETP Securities pursuant to Condition 20(b) (Notices) that, in accordance with Condition 19 (Consolidation and Division of ETP Securities), the Issuer is planning to divide all of the ETP Securities into ETP Securities with a proportionally lower Minimum Redemption Amount and Value per ETP Security. Such division will be affected by way of Supplemental Trust Deed dated on or about 02 January 2024 between, inter alios, the Issuer and the Trustee.

Record Date	28 December 2023
First trading date of the divided Securities	29 December 2023
Details of the division	Each ETP Securities held by a Securityholder will be divided into 2 ETP Securities.
New ISIN	The division will result in change of ISIN from XS2193971947 to XS2734938835
New SEDOLs	The division will result in change of SEDOLs: USD trading line (3LNV): the SEDOL will change from BM97GH4 to BNDQSX4 GBX trading line (3LVP): the SEDOL will change from BKVCV34 to BNDQT31 EUR trading line (3LVE): the SEDOL will change from BKVCT30 to BNDQT08

The Record Date is the last day of trading before the division. Trading of the divided securities will commence on 29 December 2023.

Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Issue Deed relating to the ETP Securities.

This Notice is given by the Issuer.
