NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF DIVISION OF SECURITIES

NOTICE is hereby given by the Issuer to the holders of the ETP Securities that the Issuer is cancelling the division of the ETP Securities that was due to be effective on 29 December 2023.

Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Issue Deed relating to the ETP Securities.

This Notice is given by the Issuer.
