I am writing to inform you that Mr. Richard Peskin, Chairman of this Company,
together with his wife, Penny Peskin, has today sold 530,000 beneficially owned
shares, and a further 250,000 shares held as Trustee for the Basil Samuel
Charitable Trust, at a price of 290p per share.

The total holding of Mr. Richard Peskin and his family, now represents 1.88% of
the issued share capital as stated below:

   Shares beneficially held      2,650,000
   Shares non-beneficially held  1,382,000
