Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC announces the appointment of Andy Pomfret as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mr Pomfret has been the Chief Executive of Rathbone Brothers Plc since 2004 having been the Finance Director for the previous five years. He spent over 13 years with Kleinwort Benson (now Dresdner Kleinwort) in a variety of senior roles. He is also a director of the Association of Private Client Investment Managers & Stockbrokers (APCIMS). The Company is delighted to welcome him on to the Board.
