Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC ('Graphite Enterprise' or the 'Company') has
disposed of its investment in Huntress Search for cash proceeds of £12.6
million. The effect of this sale, taken in isolation, is to increase the
Company's net asset value per share by 6.1p.
Graphite Enterprise backed the start-up of Huntress in June 2000. Led by chief
executive Gary Laurence, Huntress is one of the largest white collar recruitment
specialists in the UK, providing permanent and temporary staff in three sectors.
It has grown strongly, producing compound annual growth in revenue of over 40
per cent in the past five years and now employs more than 300 people in 17
offices.
