Company from 2.77% to 4.06%, holding 8,700,000 ordinary shares of 50p each.

hereby given that, following a purchase of shares on Friday 15th September 2000
and Monday 18th September 2000, we have by virtue of section 208(4)(b) of the
Act, an interest in 8,700,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the capital of the
