All resolutions were passed at the Annual General Meeting on 24 May 2001. As
a result the name of the company is now changing to Graphite Enterprise Trust
PLC.
At a board meeting following the AGM Sean O'Connor was appointed to the Board
and Peter Dicks was appointed Senior Non-executive Director following the
retirement of Peter Curry.
