Admission to Trading and First Day of Dealings

Great Southern Copper plc, the company focused on copper-gold exploration in Chile, is delighted to announce the admission of the Company's entire issued share capital to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority by way of a ‎Standard Listing under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules ("Standard Listing") and to trading on the London Stock ‎Exchange's Main Market for listed securities. Dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares will commence at 08:00 GMT on 20 December 2021, under the symbol "GSCU".

The Company has successfully raised gross proceeds of approximately £3.5 million (before expenses) through a placing of 63,965,000 New Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.05 per Ordinary Share and a subscription of 6,400,000 New Ordinary Shares at £0.05. On Admission, the Company will have 212,476,100 ordinary shares in issue, with a market capitalisation of the Company on Admission of £10.6 million. The ISIN number is GB00BLB5BF24 and the SEDOL is BLB5BF2.
