The  Directors  of the Company announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will  be  held  on  5
September  2011 at 11.00 a.m. at the Stephens Green Hibernian Club, 9 St Stephens Green, Dublin 2, Republic  of
Ireland.

Notice of the AGM, a form of proxy and the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for  the
Year Ended 31 December 2010 (the "Documents") have been posted to shareholders.

Copies  of the Documents will be available for inspection for a period of one month from today's date, free  of
charge, from the Company's registered office at 6 Northbrook Road, Dublin 6, Republic of Ireland.
