The  Directors  of the Company announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be  held  on  29
September 2010 at 10.00 a.m. at the Herbert Park Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Republic of Ireland.

Notice  of  the AGM has been posted to shareholders, along with the Directors' Report and Financial  Statements
for the year ended 31 December 2009 (the "Accounts").

Copies  of  both the Notice of AGM and the Accounts will be available for inspection for a period of one  month
from today's date, free of charge, from 6 Northbrook Road, Dublin 6, Republic of Ireland.
