                                             TRADING STATEMENT
                           (in relation to the quarter ended 30 September 2010)

Great  Western  Mining Corporation plc announces a trading statement in relation to the  quarter  ended  30
September 2010.

During the quarter ended 30 September 2010 the Directors are pleased to report that, in accordance with the
Company's  work  programme revealed at the recent Annual General Meeting on the 29th September  2010,  Aero
Magnetic  Surveys covering our 33 square kilometre licensed area were acquired, which are  currently  being
interpreted  by  the  Company's Consultants.  Following initial interpretation further geophysical  surveys
will  be  executed.  A comprehensive geophysical study should enable the identification of a thorough  core
hole drilling programme, which should further the Company's plan to produce an Inferred Asset Study.

During the quarter ended 30 September 2010, the Company continued to operate under a very tight budget, and
this  is  still  presently  the  case.   During the quarter ended  30  September  2010,  the  Company  made
preparations  for its admission to the London Stock Exchange's AIM Market at the earliest opportunity,  and
these preparations are currently continuing.
