Notice of general meeting
Greatland Gold plc ("Greatland" or the "Company"), the mineral exploration and development company focused on gold projects in Tasmania and Western Australia, has today posted to shareholders a notice of a general meeting to take place at 30 Finsbury Square London EC2P 2YU on 30 September 2013 at 11am.
At the general meeting, Greatland shareholders will be asked to give the directors authorities to issue ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company to an aggregate nominal amount of £175,000, thereby enabling the Company to complete the conditional placing announced on 9 September 2013 as well as giving the directors a level of flexibility to allow limited further fundraisings, such authority to expire on the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting.
