Appointment of Director
The Directors of GruppeM, the Aston Martin Importer for China and retailer of
Porsche cars in the country's Shandong region, are pleased to announce the
appointment of Stephanie Wong as Finance Director of the Company with immediate
effect.
Stephanie Lin Foon Wong CPA, aged 43, brings a wealth of financial expertise to
the Company. Following an early career in finance and accounting in Texas,
including a Senior Consultant role with Ernst & Young LLP, she was appointed
Accounting Manager - Asia Pacific, by NetScreen Technologies International
Limited (now Juniper Networks) based in Hong Kong.
In 2004 Ms Wong was appointed Director of Finance, Asia Pacific at Cipher Trust
Inc. Most recently Ms Wong was Director of Finance & Operations, Asia Pacific,
for Fortinet Inc. - a leading provider of multi-threat high tech security
systems that enable secure business communications.
Stephanie Wong has been a director over the previous five years, of the
following companies:

Cipher Trust Inc.

Kenny Chen, GruppeM's Chief Executive Officer, commented: 'We are delighted that
someone with the background and experience of Stephanie Wong has agreed to join

Asia Pacific region and the US, will assist in further strengthening the
management team based in China'.
