                                  Board Change

The Company announces that Stephanie Wong, Finance Director, has informed the
Company that she has decided to step down from the Board with immediate effect
as she is seeking to concentrate her involvement in Hong Kong.

The Company is considering a number of potential China-based candidates for the
role of finance director who will lead the finance department based in Qingdao
in the Shandong Province, China, where the Company's operations are centred.
