Greencoat Renewables PLC ("Greencoat Renewables" or the "Company"), the renewable infrastructure company, invested in euro-denominated assets, is pleased to announce that at the EGM held at 10.00 a.m. today, 16 December 2019, each of the Resolutions was duly passed without amendment.
Application has been made to Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange for 110,619,469 Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth and AIM, respectively. Admission of the Placing Shares will become effective and dealings will commence in the Placing Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 17 December 2019. The enlarged issued share capital of the Company on Admission will be 630,619,469 Ordinary Shares.
