CHANGE TO DIRECTOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Board of Greencoat UK Wind announces that Mr Nick Winser C.B.E. FREng., who has served as a Non-Executive Director since January 2022, will be appointed as Senior Independent Director following the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). He will succeed Ms Lucinda Riches C.B.E. who will be appointed as Chair of the Board following conclusion of the April 2023 AGM.

Mr Winser will remain a member of the Company's Audit, Nominations and Management Engagement Committees.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
