GREENCORE GROUP PLC - BANK REFINANCING 

Greencore Group plc today announces that it has completed a refinancing of its bank debt facilities. New facilities totalling €360 million (£335 million), with a maturity date of April 2012, replace existing facilities of €336 million with a maturity of May 2010. These, together with the Group's existing Private Placement notes, represent a strong capital base for the Group's operational and development needs.
