GREENCORE GROUP PLC - COMPLETION OF DISPOSALS

Greencore Group plc announces that it has today completed the disposals of Greencore Malt and Greencore Water. Details of the Greencore Malt transaction were announced on 11 February 2010 and also described in the circular to shareholders dated 19 February 2010. Details of the Greencore Water transaction were announced on 19 November 2009.
