Greencore Group plc ('Greencore') has received a notification today from
Deutsche Bank AG London, the London branch of Deutsche Bank AG ('Deutsche'), a 
corporation domiciled in Frankfurt, Germany, that Deutsche and its subsidiary 
companies, based on the current issued share capital of Greencore, no longer 
have a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of Greencore.
